We enjoyed the comfy beds and awesome city center location! A few issues with cleanliness and noise from the nightclub next door, but it was a decent spot for exploring Edinburgh's best. Just pack some earplugs if you're a light sleeper!

perfect location, low cost, numerous nearby attractions

The noise levels were unbearable with a nightclub nearby open until 3am!!! Earplugs provided didn't help, and the shower pole was loose without any warning about hot water. More towels would be nice too!!!

    great location
    helpful communication
    well-equipped room
    noisy environment

Location couldn’t be better, right in the heart of the city. I appreciated the ease of checking in and getting my key. The Standard Double Room was well-equipped with tea and coffee facilities, free toiletries, and a flat-screen TV, which made my stay comfortable. However, the Irish bar next door created significant noise for two of my nights. The pillows weren't very comfortable, and I found the bed a bit hard. I had issues with the windows not opening, leaving the room feeling a bit stale. It felt like there were trade-offs between the great location and the comfort of my experience. I enjoyed the helpful communication from the staff, allowing me to check out late, but the soundproofing could definitely use some work.

    comfy bed

    Recommend it for solo travelers

The place was well looked after and clean. I got a comfy bed and there were earplugs provided for the noise from the bar below. It was nice to have a fan above the bed to circulate some air as well.

It wasn’t exactly a bargain, but you get what you pay for.
